I enlisted the help of Sammy from Cakey Love to cater for an afternoon tea at a hen party I had organised and she did the most AMAZING job! I made quite a complicated order with several dietary requirements and she took care of everything like a pro. All of the guests loved it and everyone commented on how delicious it all was. I cannot recommend Cakey Love highly enough - Sammy is exceptionally talented at what she does. Thank you so much Sammy for making our bride's day!

My Australian Mother’s Day Afternoon Tea arrived in beautiful packaged eco-packaging. The scones, cookies and brownies were delicious. Lovely Jam, cream and added lemon curd. The brownies might be the best I have tasted. ❤️
My daughter had mentioned that she has just had a baby so they popped in a little iced biscuit with congrats Nan writing.
Thanks for my sisters delicious afternoon tea I ordered for her... she’s a nurse so it was just the treat she needed on her day off. Great service with a smile!

Wow! Came across on Google, when trying to look for some dairy free surprises for my son. We all have afternoon teas booked for the Jubilee and he never complains he can’t eat most things! He’s a milk and soya allergy. Do, it was lovely to surprise him.
But Cakey love were fantastic! Checked and doubled checked his allergies and delivered when said they would. My son had the boxes open before the lady reached her car I’m sure…
Brownies (only one eaten so far… today!) were a huge yummy
And I’ve tried ‘an edge’ of the sponges and wow delicious… can’t wait for my son to try them too.

Hello, I'm Sammy
Originally from Brazil, cooking up a storm in the South of England since 2010.
I am the face behind all of our Cakey creations. The behind the scenes happen at my house and you get the best of homemade goods without any artificial contents.
Here are a couple things about me:
I don't like sweets and cakes. I have always been more of a savoury person.
Making cakes run in my family. My grandmother Mila who was a librarian used to make cakes and sweets in Brazil for people's celebrations.
In my 20s I lived in New York in 2007 and that's where I picked up my culinary skills, before then I had made rice ONCE back in Brazil.
I love music, the ocean and spending time with my husband Adam and taking Joey, our Papillon dog, for walkies.
