For orders cancelled with more than 7 days notice, a full refund is available.
For orders cancelled between 2 to 7 days notice, 70% of your order will be refunded.
For orders cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, no refund is available.

Frequently asked questions
I can't seem to find my address.
Sometimes the website does not recognise building names. Please put the house number and then the street name in the box. You can use 'delivery instructions' to let us know the building, house or cottage name.
Where do you deliver?
Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch, some parts of Broadstone, Bearcross, West Howe, Ferndown, West Moors, Ringwood, Verwood, Lymington, Pennington, New MIlton, Highcliffe, Southbourne, Muderford, Burton and more. We do not deliver to Wimborne or Southampton at this time.
I am just outside the delivery zone. Can I get a delivery?
For places like Upton, Creekmoor, Hamworthy, etc we ask for a minimum £25 and the delivery fee is extra depending how far we go. To book, you will need to send us a message on the contact page.
I want to ask a question on the phone. When are you open?
Our phone line is available from 10am until 3pm Tue to Sunday. We are much faster at replying via email as Sammy can do that between baking and delivering.
I am buying an afternoon tea for a friend. Where do I write their name?
