  • I've placed an order, what happens now?"
    After your order has been placed, we will confirm whether we accept or decline your order depending on the availability of your chosen time slot. On the day of delivery, we'll prepare your treats and drive them to you. Then, sit back and enjoy your freshly baked scones, tea and treats.
  • Is my food ready to eat?
    Yes! Your food arrives in our custom made Cakey Love box. Our boxes are very eco friendly. When you finish with your treats, just pop it all in the recycling. Remember to take part in our Recycle Love Scheme. For every jar returned you'll get a stamp and once you've collected 5 stamps, simply trade in for a tasty treat. Find out more on the home page.
  • My child is lactose intolerant. What can I order?
    We would recommend ordering the kids box. Make sure to let us know in the comment section of any allergies or intolerances and we will make sure to take extra care of your order. You can ask to receive an email detailing the box's contents.
  • I can't get it delivered to my address. What to do?
    We have two delivery zones. Central Bournemouth, areas like Winton, Southbourne, Christchurch and others are £2.99 and further out such as Ringwood is £3.99. Please send us an email via the website and we can help you this way via invoice. You can send us your order, address and phone number which we then reply with a confirmation and invoice to pay online. Super simple and safe, so please feel free to use this system.
  • I've selected my treats but the website keeps crashing when I click continue.
    All orders need a minimum of 24 hours, there is a calendar on the bottom right corner. Make sure the date selected is not today's date and the time is between our delivery times which is 11am until 4pm.
  • I'm having trouble booking via the website.
    If you can't place an order direclty please send us an email from the contact page or to cakeylovey@gmail so we can assist you further. We can't take orders over the phone but we can help you navigate the website.
  • I need to cancel. How does that work?
    We'd ben happy to assist you when cancelling orders but please note these below: For orders cancelled with more than 7 days notice, a full refund is available. For orders cancelled between 2 to 7 days notice, 70% of your order will be refunded. For orders cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, no refund is available. For busy times around holidays like Christmas, Easter, Mother's Day we cannot refund your order as we work on number of orders per day.
